Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Bam Bam Creative Agency has a strict refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer has engaged in our photography service and the shoot has occurred and paid for the photo shoot and then Bam Bam Creative Agency has sent the buyer the images) it is then considered non-refundable. Non Refundable Booking Deposit If a buyer has engaged and the shoot has not yet occurred however a deposit has been paid to hold the shoot, and the buyer then changes their mind - A refund is not available.

Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final. Bam Bam Creative Agency will guarantee that the images you receive meet the highest standard in every respect.
